Step 1. Your Project Journey Starts Here 

To ensure your project receives the level of detail and consideration it deserves, we begin with kindly ask you to provide a photograph of your garden by emailing us —ideally including at least one elevated, bird’s-eye view from an upstairs window for example. This allows us to fully understand the space and begin developing design concepts ahead of our visit.

In addition, a clear idea of the features you'd like to achieve enables us to approach your project with purpose and direction from the outset.

Important: Essential Before 1st Visit If You Are Planning On Having Paving. 

Where paving is to be incorporated, we require that your preferred type of paving and colour are selected prior to our initial visit. This is a key part of our process and allows us to provide a highly accurate and tailored proposal.

We also recommend giving consideration to:

• Your preferred slab size 

• Your chosen laying pattern, such as:

  • Staggered (offset)

  • Inline (linear)

  • Bespoke mixed patterns

Please be aware more intricate layouts—particularly mixed patterns—require a higher installation time and are reflected accordingly in the overall investment.

Having these decisions in place ensures a smooth, uninterrupted progression and allows us to focus entirely on refining your design, rather than revisiting fundamental choices.

Concrete
A practical and cost-effective solution, best suited to functional applications. However wont have as premium look & feel as the other choices. 

Sandstone
A natural, character-rich material offering warmth, texture, and a timeless aesthetic.

Porcelain
A premium, contemporary choice—clean, elegant, and exceptionally low maintenance.

Step 2   Site Consultation

Our site visit is designed to be comprehensive and highly focused, ensuring we capture everything required in a single, well-structured appointment lasting around 30 -35 minutes

During this consultation, we will:

• Take measurements.

• Assess access, levels, and site conditions.

• Discuss your vision, key requirements.

We will also explore layout options with you in real time, ensuring full alignment before moving forward.

Step 3  Bespoke Design & Detailed Proposal

Following our visit, we will develop your tailored design and present a fully detailed quotation—without the need for additional site visits.

This refined approach allows us to deliver:

• A swift and efficient turnaround

• A discreet, low-disruption experience

• A clear, confident plan from the outset

In most cases, further visits are unnecessary unless significant design changes or specialist surveys are required.

Payment Structure

•         Deposit – Secure Booking + Materials + Machinery – 43%

•         Stage 2 – Project works, groundworks and slab installation complete – 47%

•         Final Balance – Jointing completion & material bonding spraying – 10%
